Worked trouble tickets and engineering solutions for SDLC requirements such as improved NAS structuring and performance, web services enhancements, MQ messaging issues
Performed Apache and Tomcat application server administration
PROGRESS programming bug fixes and enhancements.
Analyzed and made recommendations leading to improved VDI performance for Mortgage Bankers across the country.
Authored several dozen knowledge base articles.
